SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Deliveries by UPS, Fed Ex or similar carrier...

All materials received must be inspected  within 3 days of receipt of materials.   All claims for any reason must be brought to Brand Name Hardware's attention with associated evidence within those 3 days for full credit for merchandise.  You may be required to hold on to the damaged goods for up to 90 days for carrier inspection.   No future claims for any reason against the materials can be lodged against Brand Name Hardware.

 

RETURNS: Products being returned must have prior approval by phone or email and be in original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been installed.

 

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. No prices are guaranteed. All shipments will be made at prices prevailing at time of shipment unless price protection is questioned in writing.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS: All non-shipped orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 3% handling charge. Standard restocking fees apply, if order has been shipped. Special orders cancelled after 48 hours or after production starts, are subject to manufacturers current restocking policy and fees.

 

RETURN CHECK POLICY: There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks. All orders will be held until monies due are received.

 

FREIGHT: We ship U.P.S. / FedEx ground service in the continental United States, Sorry at this time we do not ship outside of the US.

 

MINIMUM ORDER: There is no minimum order unless stated.

 

BACK CHARGES: We are not responsible for, do not authorize, and will not accept any charges for the cost of any labor or material incurred for any repair, installation, service or replacement unless incurred with our prior written consent and agreement.

 

RETURNED GOODS: No merchandise may be returned without prior approval. Manufacturers defective goods or Brand Name Hardware errors are returnable within 30 days without penalty, when returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. Replacement products will be shipped immediately. Returned material (not mentioned above) is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special orders may not be returned for credit.

 

Prices are subject to change by the manufacturer. Written quotes will be valid for thirty days.
